TCP/IP Ports in Uniprint (Default Ports)
The Pharos suite of products uses TCP/IP for all client/server communications. This section lists the ports that the various Pharos components use by default and discusses issues that arise when Pharos components attempt to communicate through firewalls using these ports.

The Updater Service listens on port 2350. This port is only used by Pharos Administrator to query the Updater Service to find out which packages are already installed and which packages are available for download from the Pharos packages server hosted within Amazon Web Services (AWS). The port is not used in any way for communications with AWS. Communication with AWS is all done via outbound https, and no port is opened on the Updater Server for this.
